The Nordic spirit is inspired by it´s nature. It is pure and vast, beautiful and rough. The dramatic temperature and light variations create an unigue enviroment for plant growth - when the season changes, plants have to adapt to survive. During the long period of maturation, plants form complex aromatic compounds, particularly bitter and acidic components, which make them unique.
For centuries, these conditions have alsoshaped the Nordic people and culture. A strong honest and stoic charachter can still be found in people all over the region.
